I also really enjoy this over boy choy. OK I'm putting this on dandelions. I forgot about this recipe until I ran across it last night. " Hunan Vinaigrette " 1 tsp. grated ginger 2 garlic cloves finely minced 2 green onions finely minced 1 Tblspn. cilantro or parsley minced 2 Tblspns. tamari or lite soy sauce 1 Tblspn. white or rice vinegar 1 tsp. Chinese hot chili oil or to taste 1/4 Tblspn. sesame oil 1/3 tsp. salt In a small bowl mix all ingredients together, let sit 1/2 hr. or so for flavors to blend.
