Guest guest
Baked Kale Chips 2 bunches of kale 1 Tablspn. apple cider vinegar 1 Tablspn. salt 3 Tablspn. olive oil Wash and drain kale. Cut end stems off. Cut kale into 2-3 inch pieces. Mix vinegar, oil and salt in a large bowl. Add kale and mix very well to coat. Place on baking sheets lined with foil for easy clean up. Bake between 350 and 375 degrees until crispy, about 20 mins. Times varies depending on size you cut for your chips. edges get done a little faster. Enjoy as your would potato chips, sprinkle more salt if needed. " Diamond hard promises and million dollar bills. All the nights wasted in the Hollywood Hills. Guest guest
Thanks for the suggestions for kale/greens. that double chop part of the recipe does help the texture of the greeens. I also added diced tomatoes and had the whole deal with brown rice. It was very yummy. I will try some of the suggested recipes! melissa , purplepassion <thelilacflower> wrote: > > Baked Kale Chips > > 2 bunches of kale > 1 Tablspn. apple cider vinegar > 1 Tablspn. salt > 3 Tablspn. olive oil > > > Wash and drain kale. Guest guest
this rocks, I am gonna dothis one up you know it! another one I am gonna do is cause I just discovered garbanzo beans, aka chick peas. OMG! I am gonna let them soak overnight in water and gahlick, then next day saute them in some olive oil with more gahlick and then sea salt them, let cool, and eat like a snack. I will also try them the same way but with some maple syrup as well. Salt garlic and sweet go together so well, I learned this from the Thai peeps in my family. ;o) hugs, Chanda PS wi ill let you know how they turn out of course. and don't worry about the salt, unless you have high BP I think sea salt doesn't get the credit it deserves! - purplepassion GROUP Saturday, November 05, 2005 4:22 PM Melissa here's another recipe for kale Baked Kale Chips 2 bunches of kale 1 Tablspn. apple cider vinegar 1 Tablspn. salt 3 Tablspn. olive oil Wash and drain kale.
