Guest guest
I will be going back to work very soon. I won't have the time like I do now to cook my greens every day. I was wondering if the frozen greens have the same nutrients as the fresh? Any thoughts on this? I saw this site, but then again they have something to sell so saying what I want to hear is in their most bestest interest: http://www.birdseyefoods.com/birdseye/freshThoughts/frozenFresh/ blessings, Chanda

Guest guest
I have read many times that frozen veggies are flash frozen very soon after being picked, so as long as they are not over-cooked, they actually are a little higher in nutrients than fresh. melissa
Guest guest
I recently read this also. The article stated they lose some of the nutrients as they sit in markets.
