Good Morning Chanda Panda Bear,

I sure wish we were all up there on that show with our recipes.

Isn't that sad? Pork of all things. Isn't that the only meat that instantly

raises blood pressure?

I am watching good morning America I think it is. ABC.

They are doing this recipe. First of all they sing the praises of " you won't

even be able to tell that it's healthy by the taste of it " that in itself is a

cold hard shame, that this country associates everything that is good for you

with bad taste, ughhh, and secondly, the recipe is PORK CHOPS, and it's from the

American Heart Assoc something or other. The big " healthy " deal is that they are

breaded but not fried.

I think I am missing something here.

Blessings,

Chanda

--- try living in the heart of pork country : ). there are signs for

it everywhere here and if you can't see them you can smell them. hogs

in Iowa are HUGE business. there are 5 confinements in a 5-mile radius

of us. the thing I consider to be the biggest insult to both

vegetarians AND meat-eaters here is our grocery store sells pork and

tofu hotdogs. what veggie in their right mind would even consider it?

I sure as heck don't know any meat-eaters that would dream of eating

tofu. it earned my vote as the strangest thing ever seen : )......

That's bizarre. Almost as weird is on Chinese restaurant menus I often see a

tofu dish that has pork in it. And it's listed under vegetarian dishes to

boot! Who knows, maybe there are people in this world who do like that

combination.
