Moosewood Restaurant Cookbooks don't they claim to be vegetarian? Hi Anne

haven't been asked about chicken yet but don't feel too bad. I went

to my Weight Watchers meeting yesterday and we were learning how to

break down a recipe to figure out the " points " for it. she went around

the room and gave everyone an ingredient to look up and the only

veggie in there got the " privilege " of figuring how many points were

in chicken of all things. ewwww was the best I could come up

with : )....education I guess is the key to being a vegetarian : ).

But you hang in there and watch and you will see over the months and years how

many people become curious and fascinated by your lifestyle and they will want

to give it a try.
