Guest guest
Can you get these flakes in your regular grocery store or should I order them from an online store? Any specific brands that are best? Teresa _____ On Behalf Of purplepassion Tuesday, November 08, 2005 6:43 PM Re: yeast flakes Grrrrrrrrrrrrr Hi Mel Yay! My hero-ess Mel. You know it really is good. Any specific brands that are best? Red Star nutritional yeast is supposed to be the one with the consistent levels of B12. Usually the bulk yeast is that, but ask first. I wouldn't think you'd find them in a regular grocery, unless they also carried some " health food " items.

I have found Silk Chai at Hy-Vee and Target-- haven't tried it though : ). take care : ).......... are Brewer's yeast and nutritional yeast the same thing or different thing? I have looked around internet but haven't found much info on it. Anne
