Can you get these flakes in your regular grocery store or should I order

them from an online store? Any specific brands that are best?

Yay! My hero-ess Mel. You know it really is good.

Now I'm going to search for that new cookbook La Doulce Vegan.

Red Star nutritional yeast is supposed to be the one with the

consistent levels of B12. Usually the bulk yeast is that, but ask

first. I wouldn't think you'd find them in a regular grocery, unless

they also carried some " health food " items.

I got mine in the regular grocery store (in small town Iowa) in the

baking section.

--- Denise,

you really found nutritional yeast in a grocery store?? that would

so make my day--do you mind divulging the name of the store and I can

see if we have one nearby?? I have found Silk Chai at Hy-Vee and

Target-- haven't tried it though : ). take care : )..........

are Brewer's yeast and nutritional yeast the same thing or different

thing? I have looked around internet but haven't found much info on it.
