Guest guest Posted November 16, 2005 Report Share Posted November 16, 2005 Moroccan Spiced Cauliflower 1 medium head of cauliflower, divided into florets 6 tablespoons of butter or margaine 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika 1/2 teaspoon of cumin 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander salt & pepper handfull of fresh chopped mint or parsley Steam cauliflower for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove and allow to dry. Melt butter in a skillet, when sizzling add spices and fry stirring for 30 seconds. Add cauliflower and stir to coat. Season with salt & pepper.
