I am not Sissy but thought I would stick my 2 cents in.

I rub a little bit of water on both sides of the corn tortilla and stack

them on some foil. I then close the foil and place in a 350 degree oven for

about 10 minutes then open up the foil and they are soft.

I did the trick with the corn tortillas that was suggested on here. Wanted to

get away from frying. But I missed the flavor a lot of the oil I guess. I tend

to make the corn tortilla and just salt, garlic and sliced tomato or avocado or

something similar and eat it. So, back to frying. But I have a cholesterol of

127 so guess I can risk it! LOL

Yes. that's good low cholesterol so fry those up. I like them steamed since I

usually eat dishes with enough flavor in them and my Levi 501's are tight so

I'll skip the oil.LOL
