Guest guest Posted October 4, 2006 Report Share Posted October 4, 2006 Sesame Baby Corn Sticks 2 cans baby corn spears, Asian style 3 tablespoons sesame oil 2 teaspoons sesame seeds 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, or to taste 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 box toothpicks Spear two or three corn spears onto each toothpick. Lightly sauté in sesame oil along with sesame seeds and red pepper. Transfer to a bowl and toss with say sauce and more red pepper, if desired. Serve warm or chilled. This recipe is also delicious with fresh green beans for a dinner side-dish (eliminate toothpicks when using green beans). All new Mail - Get a sneak peak at messages with a handy reading pane.
