Guest guest
Thanks for sending this link! [ http://www.calorieking.com/foods/ ] I did a search on it, just putting the word " polenta " in the bar, and came up with a page that had several choices. I chose the San Gennaro Traditional polenta chub and it reported 20 calories per oz. So I figure 320 calories per 16 oz chub. The Red mill on the same page lists 1/4 cup dry as 130 calories. So I'm thinking that if I make polenta with about 5/8ths cup of the dry, the calories will work out about right and the points will be the same. Thanks again for this link! I'm going to bookmark it for future reference. Paula gourmet-garden-of-spicy-vegetarian- eatin , " Chupababi " <alcovi wrote: > > Paula- check out this site.
