Smoked Paprika Hummus

 

 

1 lemon

15-oz. can chickpeas, drained

2 Tblsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

4 garlic cloves

1/4 cup or to taste pickled hot peppers, such as

jalapeno

1/4 cup tahini

1 tsp smoked paprika

 

Crackers, pita chips or vegetable sticks for serving

 

 

Zest lemon and put zest in bowl of food processor.

Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice into processor.

Add remaining

ingredients and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
