Guest guest Posted February 18, 2007 Report Share Posted February 18, 2007 Smoked Paprika Hummus 1 lemon 15-oz. can chickpeas, drained 2 Tblsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 4 garlic cloves 1/4 cup or to taste pickled hot peppers, such as jalapeno 1/4 cup tahini 1 tsp smoked paprika Crackers, pita chips or vegetable sticks for serving Zest lemon and put zest in bowl of food processor.
