Guest guest Posted May 15, 2008 Report Share Posted May 15, 2008 Fresh Mint Chutney With Fruit 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 4 tablespoons lemon juice 2 medium hot chili peppers, green 1 medium tart apples, peeled, cubed 1 medium orange, peeled, cubed 1 teaspoon salt Combine all ingredients in the container of an electric blender. I do not know what that is served with. Love these recipes, but it is all new to m. May I introduce myself. I am a 66 yr old country granny. In the past there was just the everyday recipes. Same old same old. My family never used chili peppers. Maybe we started in the last 3 years. I do not know what a red chili is. I now know a jalapeno is considered a chili. I am gradually learning.
