Thanks, AJ! & nbsp; I've been wanting a daikon recipe (I live close to a Korean

farmer's market, so it's very easy to purchase).

1 cup daikon, coarsely shredded

 

2 medium green onions, thinly sliced

 

1 small red chili pepper, seeded, finely chopped

 

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

 

1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

 

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

 

1 teaspoon canola oil

 

1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

 

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

 

 

Combine daikon, onion and chili in a bowl. In another bowl combine remaining

ingredients until sugar is dissolved.

 

Pour over daikon mixture. Cover and chill up to 24 hours.

 

Makes 16 servings.
