Hi AJ,

Can you please tell me what mirin is?

So I have a ideal as to what to look for

in the grocery store. This recipe sounds delicious and I would like to try

it.

Thank you!

AJ,

Thanks for your reply.

I was thinking more of the lines of an herd or spice.

Very glad to know exactly what to look for now.
