Guest guest Posted October 12, 2008 Report Share Posted October 12, 2008 Sunflower Seed And Cilantro Pesto 1/2 cup sunflower seeds-hulled, roasted, unsalted 1 bunch cilantro-washed and chopped 3 cloves garlic-peeled 1/2 tsp. dried chipotle optional 1/4 cup olive oil Blend first 4 ingredients in a processor or blender until it becomes a paste.
