My 20 yr old daughter is also a raw vegan, and my Huband and sons (ages 21, 18, 16) are vegetarians. I am trying to find some good recipes for them and would like to incorporate more vegan recipes as well. Guest guest Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 Laura, From everything I've read about the raw vegan diet, it has spentacular results and once you're accustomed to it, you don't want to go back to cooked food. I read an excellent blog following an Ontario woman who switched over, its called Empress of Dirt for anyone open to this nutritional path. The Empress would be the first to tell you, Donna, that her raw veggie diet is flavourful and satisfying.
