Guest guest Posted May 15, 2009 Report Share Posted May 15, 2009 Tandoori Potato Wedges 2 medium potatoes, washed and scrubbed 2 tablespoons tandoori paste Cut each potato into 8 equal sized wedges. Brush each wedge with a light coating of tandoori paste and place them on their backs in a microwave dish. Cover with film and pierce the centre. Cook in the microwave on full power for 6 minutes.
