Sudanese Hot Spice Sauce - Shatta

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 garlic cloves -- crushed

1 tablespoon ground chili pepper

1/2 teaspoon pepper

salt -- to taste

 

In a bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Serve with the entrees in tiny

dishes and set before each person.
