Guest guest Posted December 24, 2009 Report Share Posted December 24, 2009 Iranian Spice Mixture for Rice 2 tbsps. ground cinnamon 2 tbsps. ground dried rose petals 1 tbsp. ground cumin Combine all ingredients and store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
