Guest guest Posted March 23, 2010 Report Share Posted March 23, 2010 Hummus Tamales 1 basic masa dough recipe 18 corn husks Filling: 3 cups chickpeas, cooked 1/2 cup tahini 6 tbsps. vinegar, brown rice 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsps. parsley, fresh, chopped Red pepper flakes 2 tbsps. tamari To make filling: Blend filling ingredients in a food processor to make a thick paste.
