Guest guest Posted April 8, 2010 Report Share Posted April 8, 2010 Spicy Kidney Bean Spread 1 1/2 cups kidney beans, cooked 1 garlic clove 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds 1/2 tsp. hot sauce 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar 2 tbsps. water 2 tbsps. fresh cilantro or parsley Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
