Mexican Vinaigrette with Cilantro and Lime

 

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon lime juice

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded

6 tablespoons olive oil

 

If you have a food processor or blender this recipe mixes well in that. Place

all ingredients except the oil in the blender and mix well. With the motor still

running, open the lid and slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
