Guest guest Posted April 12, 2010 Report Share Posted April 12, 2010 Fresh Tomato Salsa 2 cups diced seeded plum tomatoes 1/4 cup finely diced red onion 1/4 cup finely diced green pepper 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 tsp. Salt pinch of black pepper 3 tbsp. Chopped fresh sweet basil 1 tbsp. Chopped fresh chives 1 tbsp. Red wine vinegar 3 tbsp. Fresh chopped cilantro Combine all 10 ingredients in medium bowl and let stand at room temp for at least 1 hr to blend flavors .Makes 2 1/2 cups 1 table spoon = 3 cals; trace of fat; 0 mg chol; 1 g carbs; trace fiber Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
