Guest guest Posted April 21, 2010 Report Share Posted April 21, 2010 *Spicy Pepitas Dip* *1 jalapeno chile, seeded, deveined* *1/3 cup chopped onion* *1/4 cup chopped cilantro* *1 cup unsalted pepitas, roasted* *1/2 teaspoon salt* *1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper* *3 tablespoons cream cheese* *1/2 cup heavy cream* *2 tablespoons lime juice* *tortilla chips for serving* *In a food processor, mix the chile, onion, cilantro, pepitas, salt, pepper, cream cheese, heavy cream and lime juice to make a thick, smooth paste. Taste; check seasonings.
