Guest guest Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 Hello, Do any vegans out there have any first-hand experience with hair loss related to a Vitamin D deficiency, a Zinc deficiency or a problem with transferrin saturation (related to iron)? Also, any luck with supplementing with the above? Any experience with correcting a Vitamin D deficiency by taking solely D2 (which is non-animal derived) versus D3 (animal-derived.)
