Vegan Extravaganza and Dr. Edelstein Presents Wed. 6 p.m.

This Wednesday, June 17 at 6 p.m., come to the Red Vic for an unforgettable

evening of world-class vegan food AND a world-class presenter, Dr. Michael

Edelstein, Ph.D., author of 'Three Minute Therapy.' A banquet will be presented

in honor of Father's Day. Bring your dads, hubbys, boyfriends and brothers this

Wednesday. The banquet will be a man's delight, featuring foods that every man

enjoys and craves--but vegan and healthy! Patricia Allen Koot, N.E., certified

Nutrition Educator, knows how to cook for a man's palate, and she is preparing a

banquet fit for a king.

After the banquet, Dr. Michael R. Edelstein, Ph.D., and his co-author, Mick

Berry, will be speaking on their new book, Stage Fright: 40 Stars Tell You How

They Beat America's #1 Fear. They plan to discuss concepts, principles, tools,

strategies, and techniques for overcoming public performance anxiety. They'll be

illustrating all this with stories from the lives of famous performers,

including Robin Williams, Jason Alexander, Maya Angelou, Melissa Etheridge,

Phyllis Diller, Olympia Dukakis, Ron Paul, and more. The website is under

Also Wed. evening--the long-awaited drawing! Everyone who has filled out an

events planning survey at the Wed. nite dinners will be entered in this drawing.
