Guest guest
I just spoke with Brian, at the SF Trader Joes. He just got an email today (Sunday) that Trader Joes is negotiating a cheaper price so they can stock Amy's vegan pizza again. It seems like there's a demand out there. He said it seems like it will be available FOR SURE but it won't be for a few months. (these are his exact words, based on the email he read, I clearly asked him the proper questions to get the factual answer....so we'll keep in touch...) For the time being, just send an email to or send a suggestion card to your local Trader Joes to restock Amy's vegan pizza and sell more, more VEGAN products. To " appeal " to the general public, I suggest nicely to MANY stores that: " people are looking for more non-cholesteral, less salt, less fatty healthy foods, ....and vegan foods is an answer that almost everyone can eat/buy " (we all know someone who has or died of an heart attack....blah blah) Vegan cheese will sell well if the price is afforable. == Trader Joe'swww.traderjoes.com 3 Masonic Ave San Francisco, CA 94118-3485 (415) 346-9964 (no need to call or bother the manager, He is kind enough to pass the word to get more vegan products (don't forget to get an email suggestion though) == Going back to the Amy's vegan pizza. I would like it better if they added more sauce and LESS LESS sugar. (You can get the pure sweetness from the bell peppers, onions and tomatoes without the added SUGAR like the typical RAGU bottled sauce) (this is my picky opinion and you don't need to add sugar to good Italian sauces.) I don't buy their pizza but I buy their Organic Black Bean Enchalidas for ~$2.30 at Trader Joes which is also made by Amy's. I usually don't like frozen foods, but this is the only frozen entree product I buy; so it's gotta be pretty good.
