I don't think this has been posted yet.

Whole Foods in Cupertino now carries the Daiya cheese in the Mozzarella Style and Cheddar Style shreds. They come in 8 oz packages.

I'll be checking the Campbell and Los Gatos locations and will post if I see it there too.

Those packets are at Whole Foods in SF@Franklin now, too. I tried the Cheddar for the first time this week...I think after all the talk and anticipation, I found it to be a little overrated. (I will definitely still try the Mozzarella.) The experience made me feel pretty happy that I've grown more accustom to my dishes sans cheese :)--- On Wed, 4/14/10, vegan4animals <vegan4animals wrote:vegan4animals <vegan4animals Daiya vegan cheese at Whole Foods in Cupertino Date: Wednesday, April 14, 2010, 5:10 PM

Yeah! I picked up some cheddar and mozzarella yesterday at WF in Cupertino and

then made the yummiest cheddar quesadilla for dinner last night. I personally

think that Daiya has come out with the best cheese alternative that I have tried

and I have tried a lot of them out there. I will be making a pizza this weekend

with the mozzarella.

Just my 2 cents.

I LOVE DAIYA cheese when it's melted! Very convincing.
