[SouthBayVeggies] Loving Hut in San Jose moving

valley fair mall is a very good choice, if it's possible. it's very popular, and would give a lot of non-vegans exposure to vegan food. eastridge mall would be good, too. there's several vegetarian restaurants in the general evergreen/alum rock area there. i'm guessing there might be more demand for veg food at that mall. on the more selfish side ( ), it would be SO cool if a loving hut opened up in the Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton -- where i now reside. there's a shameful lack of veg restaurants in the general area, and yet such an interest in health food. i think it would actually do well! ~will ---

I was talking with someone at Loving Hut in the Oakridge Mall in San Jose

today and was told that they are being made to leave their current location

in the mall because H & M is taking over the area. They were offered some

other locations in the mall but they aren't ideal as they are not very high

traffic areas.

 

The woman I spoke with said if they can get reasonable rent they would

consider opening up at Valley Fair Mall (also in San Jose).

 

I'm sure they'd like feedback from others about which location would be

best...
