Yum!!!! I do the exact same thing. I alternate days with sesame seeds for

calcium. I pour one glass out of my vitamix and then add to the second glass

some greens to get extra minerals. I don't eat anything until about noon, so I

do look so forward to this scrumptious thick smoothie.

Well let me tell you about my breakfast. Take a couple of handfuls of almonds.

(Begone you nut detractors!) and gind them in the blender. Add water. Whirr.

Makes delicious beautiful almond milk. Insert banana chunks. Mine are usually

frozen, as I just buy bananas a coupla bunches atta time and freeze them in

chunkd before they go too ripe. Add berries. pulse and blend. Yum. I look so

forward to this every morining. Happy raw day everybody! Your's in health, Lane

Just curious if you got this way from reading fit-for-life?

 

Since I read fit for life, I don't eat in the morning

I don't eat until between ten thirty and noon myself. Today was noon. Great way

to go. Lunch will be fruit and maybe some nuit butter...when I get hungry...

PS I was talking to a friend today who was looking up a medical condition for a

friend, whereby the friend had had excrutiating headaches for a month, due to

inflamed veins in the head. I mentioned, " Time to go on a raw food diet " , she

got pretty huffy and tole me that, No, this was a medical condition. This friend

had other things wrong and so forth.. It had nothing to do with diet. People get

mad about this. It's like they don't wannna know.

Hi " John " ? I did read Fit for life years ago and remember the morning is for

elimination thing. So I don't fret about getting breakfast early. On the other

hand I let my body tell me when it is hungry. It kinda works out the Fit for

Life way. Lane

I use my old clean coffee grinder. It does a splendid job in about 5

seconds.

I started some twenty years ago eating this way because of reading Fit For Life.

But I find with myself I'm just not hungry until late morning. I start my day

with excercise at the YMCA and I can excercise much better on an empty stomach.

After a couple of hours of excercise and relaxing a bit, I'm ready for my first

meal which is always fruit.
