Guest guest
Hi Valerie, I got this piece from a gal name Zsuzsa who posted it here last May. She hasn't written for a long time & I really miss her posts, they were very helpful for me. Here is a web site Zsuzsa posted where you can read some of Shelton's books on-line. Scroll down to the S's to find Shelton. http://www.soilandhealth.org/02/0201hyglibcat/0201hyglibcat.html Thanks for sharing this; do you have a link to the original article? Guest guest
Thanks for the link; I also did a search on my own, and I came up with this link to the International Natural Hygience Society page that has 29 articles by Dr. Shelton, including the one on bowel cleansing: http://inhs.ms11.net/articles/classics1.html You just click on the title of the article you want to see, and it takes you right to it; or you can just scroll down the page--all the articles are on the same page. Guest guest
You are welcome! I was glad to find this, too; I've only read one book of his (our library system only has one), and it was volume three in a series he did. Even though the work was somewhat dated, it just seemed full of common sense, and was based on years of experience working with folks using hygienic methods.
