Eating Grains (again)/ was Raw Corn ok to eat without cleaning?

I know we've talked about this before but I'm still gathering information. It

seems whenever we talk about the subject of eating grains that the people who

post on this subject are those OPPOSED to eating grains. I would like to hear

from those who DO eat grains (sprouted I assume)...and why you believe they are

an integral part of your diet and meant to be there.

hi diana, i include buckwheat, which i believe is a grain, (sprouted and

also sprouted/dehydrated) in my diet. the sprouted i put in smoothies in

the AM, and the sprouted/dehydrated come in the " cereal " i eat. it

provides a good sources of fibre and it fills me :o)
