I lsiced them and dipped each slice in a paste make of soaked sun dried tomatos, soaked raisins, apple cider vinegar, and a little water (NO OIL) and took them out BEFORE they got crispy. They are Wonderful. I don't like sweet potatoes and and these have the texture of dried apples. ...............can't we just use sweet potatoes and no oil? ?? also, i just got the NICEST LOOKING DAIKON. can i make dehydrated chips from it?
