Guest guest
Lane, Osmosis is the idea that a materials naturaly flow from a thick medium to a thiner medium. When we eat cooked food, our blod is thick and the garbage in our blood is absorbed into our cells. When we start to eat raw food, our blood thins out quite dramaticaly. So much so, that the garbage in our bodies slowley starts to get released through reverse osmosis. It took years for this stuff to build up in our bodies, and leaves quite a bit faster. Therefore, while we are in the detox phase, our blood is full of all the gargage that is exiting our badies. Thats why when you eat (used to eat) a big fatty cheese covered burger (if you ever have eaten one) you were tired afterwards. It's the fat entering your blod system and turning it into a thick lifeless substance. hang in there. Rufus --- lane lynn <lanie wrote: > I went raw on Septembe 24. Guest guest
Thankyou Rufus and Mark. I asked the doctor about the surge and he said that you can't pay attention to a trygliceride, and therefore cholesterol count on a blood test unless it was a fasting blood test. Mine was not. So for now I'll relax. Meanwhile Rufus, your explanation was very helpful. Mark I tried to read the first article. It was a little tough. Going on to the second now. Thanks again, Lane - Rufus Shaw rawfood Friday, January 14, 2005 4:48 PM Re: [Raw Food] raw food blood test results (lane) Lane, Osmosis is the idea that a materials naturaly flow from a thick medium to a thiner medium. Guest guest
I should read my posts before I send them. My writing and spelling is terrible when I'm in a hurry. --- lane lynn <lanie wrote: > Thankyou Rufus and Mark.
