Are these really negative replies you are getting or just not what you want

to hear for the answers to your questions?

question about raw vinegar about a week ago and all I

got was once response from someone posting about the

evils of vinegar. Ah well. It's good to have this list

as a resource but in making this " raw journey " you

gotta have other sources as well (I since found out

that there are several varieties of raw vinegars out

there on the market!).>

Swing.... You asked for information about vinegar and I'm the only one who

replied. You say I sent you info about the " evils of vinegar " like it's a

bad thing. Well, vinegar is " evil " . But, some people choose to consume it

and brag about the good effects of it (palliation... look it up in the

dictionary) and that is their choice as it is yours. I posted the article as

information to let people know the truth about vinegar. Some will choose to

continue to use vinegar and say it is good, some don't care and don't want

to know, and some will understand the information, as I did, to know that

it is a far cry from a good thing for our bodies. Vinegar is acetic acid. It

is poison (ask any lab tech). If you use vinegar (so called raw or not ) on

your salad as dressing and use a glass bowl, over time the glass becomes

cloudy/foggy from the acid of the vinegar (and can not be washed away). If

you spray vinegar on weeds it will kill them. Now, if it can do this to

glass and weeds, what makes you think that it is not going to have an

adverse affect on the cells of the human body? Hospitals use vinegar as a

disinfectant. I feed my dogs raw meat and have been told the best

disinfectant to use is vinegar, by dog groups that feed their dogs raw but

haven't figured out yet that a " species appropriate diet " works for humans

as well. There are a lot of natural plants on the face of the planet earth &

things that are naturally fermented etc. but that doesn't mean we were meant

to consume them or that they are good for us. As Art Baker says " rabbits

love belladonna and thrive on it but to us it is deadly " .

Just food for thought. Breezi

I didn't ask for information about vinegar I asked if

anyone knew of any sources of raw vinegar. I'm aware

-- ad nauseum -- of the differing perspectives

regarding its health benefits or lack thereof and

wasn't up for such a debate. Some people think it's

healthy to eat, some don't. No need to get into all

that again. No need for the long-winded response.

Oh, and I know what palliation means.
