It's a twelve step program similar to AA and different from regular OA in that HOW gives you a choice of food plans to follow, has particular rules about when a person can share at meetings, and they have some kind of " stepping up " policy with sponsors. And I wanted to mention to that person who posted on HOW here about a called " rawveganoa.
