I used to go to HOW meetings, honesty, open-mindedness and

willingness. I don't go anymore. But that would be challenging, to

be raw in OA, I've never met another one.

HOW is Overeaters Anonymous - HOW. And it stands for what I said

earlier. It's a twelve step program similar to AA and different from

regular OA in that HOW gives you a choice of food plans to follow,

has particular rules about when a person can share at meetings, and

they have some kind of " stepping up " policy with sponsors.

 

And I wanted to mention to that person who posted on HOW here about a

called " rawveganoa. "
