I have had other complications as the years have progressed, including lupus. this diet has helped me amazingly. I can't beleive the difference four months has made. Good luck. This is the perfect foundation to work from when you take it to the next level. I hope you give it a shot for a while, at least six months and see if it makes any difference in your lyme disease. Guest guest Posted February 3, 2005 Report Share Posted February 3, 2005 I don't know about Lyme, but eating raw has certainly helped my asthma tremendously. I hit a milestone yesterday: going two days WITHOUT having to use my asthma medication. In other words, breathing like a normal person. The last time that happened was summer 1994, when I did a 3-week juice fast.
