Guest guest
I've had an overgrowth of Candida for years and known all about what to do and what not to do. I've limited my sweets and carbs for years to keep it under control and stay nearly 100% natural. Going raw was the last step and I've been raw for over two big months now, loving it! I can eat fruit and nuts...but notice when I make a very rich desert that I feel the candida effects right away. I think it was Maurene who said the protein in the nuts made her feel that way. I think rasins are too sweet. I made a blueberry " cheese cake " with an almond/rasin crust and cashew/agave/ blueberry filling. Oh my! It's good, but I feel so spaced out and my head feels heavy! Guess I should only eat just a bite. Diana of Dewberry Hill Search presents - Jib Jab's 'Second Term'
Guest guest
I find that I do better with fruit, than dried fruit. i hate raisins anyways but i'll tell ya, we made those Victoria Boutenko scones with dried cherries in them. MAN, they are GOOD! But the dried fruit really messes me up. ugh Diana of Dewberry Hill <cozad76078 wrote: I've had an overgrowth of Candida for years and known all about what to do and what not to do.
