Guest guest
Can any of you recomend any recipe books that are simple and made for " real " life? I've pick up and few to look at, and they seem real fancy. I just want something simple for lunches and dinners. My husband is doing a 75% Raw diet and I'm about a 90%. Also something that has good recipes for Kids, to keep it interesting. Myself, I don't mind repeativeness but the rest of my family...there's the challenge. Guest guest
I recommend the book Eating Without Heating by Sergei and Valya Boutenko. It is written by a couple of teenagers. The recipes are simple: soups, pates, desserts, and so on that are easy to make. I really like the Live Gardenburger, Cream of Celery Soup, and Walnut Cake recipes. See what you think! Guest guest
Julie Wandling has two books that are very simple, the best being " Thank God For Raw, " and the second, " Healthy 4 Him. " I believe her kids even helped develop some of the recipes, and they are very easy and very good. She also has several ideas for dealing with kids eating a raw diet. Another author is Kim Wilson, who has written " Everyday Wholesome Eating in the Raw. " Julie's website is http://www.healthy4him.com, and I believe she sells Kim's book on her site as well. Peace, Valerie conscious_learning_academy <conscious_learning_academy wrote: Can any of you recomend any recipe books that are simple and made for " real " life?
