Guest guest
Melba, you would probably not have trouble staying raw if you did have a good simple raw recipe book or two. Alissa Cohen has a great book and DVD and Bryan is coming out with his new book Raw in Ten (minutes). So people prefer not to make recipes...but that's the way I find this way of eating fun! and delicious and am not tempted with cooked food. I like simple recipes that I can just whip up and that last in the fridge a couple of days for snacking on. I'm big on vegetable nut pate's that I can dip or roll in leaves. Diana of Dewberry Hill I am not good at making recipes. I like the simple and easy way and if that is not good, then I am in trouble. I have heard that people eat fruit for breakfast and lunch. My stomach would be screaming at me if I did that. I have the impression that the fatty raw foods help stay on my stomach longer and I don't get hungry as fast and then I wont eat so much all of the time. I am really having a rough time with staying 100% raw. Melba Mail - Easier than ever with enhanced search. Learn more.

Brian's " Raw in Ten Minutes " book sounds good, too. Thank you. Guest guest
I read the whole book thru, including all of the recipes, and to me the recipes looked easy to make but I haven't made any of then, yet. I never have all the ingredients to put them together and I am not good at putting in substitutes, yet. I would like to see how she makes them on the DVD that she has put out.
