Guest guest
What is a homogenizing juicer? Does anyone have a recommendation on how to process food without one when it's called for? I don't have one, I just have a centrifugal one (I think - black and decker, model 395ws). Would it be enough to use that and mix the juice back into the pulp? Not sure... I want to make some essence bread from The Raw Truth but don't have one of these. Advice welcome. Also, announcing my first raw food recipe. I made it this morning and it's delicious. **HAPPY COLESLAW** Green cabbage, sliced thin Carrots, sliced Yellow squash, sliced Sprouted sunflower seeds (or raw if you don't have sprouts) Cashew pieces Mango, diced Raisins All proportions are to taste. Suggestions welcome ~ Enjoy. Traci
