Guest guest
Raw, raw, raw. Give me some raw food, some raw produce, some lettuce, bought some Boston? lettuce, pretty good, give me a tomato, some cucumber, a little broccoli, some corn, an apple, a kiwi, an orange, some raw peanuts, hazelnuts, macademias, cashews, plums, celery, orange, etc. Bought some grapes today, and french string beans (much better raw than cooked), mushrooms. Eat an avocado, some peas, bell pepper, peach, dates, sweet potatoe (with an " e " , what was that vice-president's name?, Dan Quayle, I remember), pistachios, almonds, and walnuts. I like opera singers who eat raw food. Is anyone a poet?

Guest guest
That's good Rich! I had an interesting experience today. I've been a raw vegetarian for three months now, and today my two mountain dogs got out of our city back yard and went exploring in the city. I 'bout had a fit! We finally found them before they made it to the freeway. On the way home my dh had picked up some chicken fingers and gravy and sat there eating while I hungrily unwound and watched him eat. In nervousness and hunger I nearly grabbed one and started munching. I went and fixed myself a jicama/tomato/avocado salad instead with honey mustard dressing. Whew, that was close! Tonite I made coconut, date, almond balls and had those with an apple. A, apple...B, banana...C, carrot...D, date....E, eggplant...F, fig...H, honeydew...G, green pepper...............diana of dewberry hill Froggy <seconaphim wrote:Raw, raw, raw. Guest guest
Don't be grabby. Jicama's pretty good, haven't had that for a while. Ah, the experiences and the little details of switching over to a raw diet. Aren't they small and exciting and so personal, can't beat this life process. I wish I had more to do but for now I'll just accept the fact that I'm doing what I'm doing. I'm greedy I guess, I want more out of life because I'm raw. Raw, raw, raw, eat an avocado, a banana, a tomato, have a morning meeting check-in, give me some info at vibrant life, eat some lettuce, some orange, some grapefruit, celery, asparagus, carrot, cucumber, squash, corn, beans, cashews. I hope no one sees me eating this way, it's soooooo embarrassing. I'm not worthy. rawfood , Diana of Dewberry Hill <cozad76078> wrote: > In nervousness and hunger I nearly grabbed one and started munching. Guest guest
Radishes don't taste very good, they had some in the salad I was eating over the weekend. I don't eat raw lemons or limes either, but I guess they're good for recipes. rawfood , " Gypsi at www.aromaticwings.com " <aromatic_wings> wrote: > > I went shopping too today.... two bunches of green leaf lettuce.. thats what they called it...atwo bunches radishes with leaves, one bunch turnip greens, two packages organic carrots, two avacados, three necterines, 5 oranges, 5 tangelos, 10 apples, 10 lemons, bunch celery..had beets at home... Guest guest
I discovered that if you sprout radishes, you have to be careful not to do it too long or they get awfully hot...just like if you leave them in the garden too long before harvesting them!
