Guest guest
That is something, the dead look that people have anywhere you go. And the dead, obtuseness of people. They really aren't much aware of anything in the general public. Sad that they're made this way. Hopefully I've gotten through the beginning of being raw and I'm set for life. Guest guest
Rich, I have noticed this " dead " look as well. Although my energy levels aren't extremely high yet, they have drastically improved since becoming 80% raw. My friends think I am nuts, but they do keep commenting on how bright and " beaming " I look and how clear and soft my skin is. Even my hair has become shinnier and losing the grey! My friends look so old and haggarded to me now. Something else I have noticed: I LOVE SUNLIGHT! This is really weird for me because for the longest time I was quite the recluse and only went outside at night, rarely in the day unless it couldn't be avoided. The sunlight literally hurt my eyes. But since I have been eating more raw green veggies, I crave sunlight! Can't get enough of it! Anyone else experienced this? Guest guest
If your energy levels have drastically improved being 80% raw, I expect to be taking off for outer orbit soon being 100% raw. The world will always think this way of eating is nuts. I don't let anyone touch my skin. I don't like crowded quarters or being close to people in a group. I get bad vibes from them. I had to endure sitting next to a couple of people at an event last night in a theater. Most people over 40 and a lot over 35 look old and haggard. I like sunlight too and my appreciation of it grows as I eat raw. Of course, life is a lifestyle, nothing you do doesn't interact with everything you do. In other words, everything you do is connected. So, of course, eating cooked for me would mean less nature and appreciation of it in my life. Most people are not so affected by the cooked/raw choice. Most people can get out there and do things, albeit not so much since their overall life choices are not in that much harmony, but my psyche, outlook, attitude about life, everything goes south/sour if I don't eat raw. That's why this is more of a lifestyle than just about food. If you're really into sun, you could check out the group " sungazing " , they stare at the sun and profess to not have to eat at all because of it. I'm not into it, but I don't doubt that it could be true. Rich www.rawfoodeaters rawfood , Ravyne Hawke <ravyne_hawke> wrote: > > Rich, I have noticed this " dead " look as well. Guest guest
Next time you visit a big store, like wall mart, etc (I'm sure we all try not to). Look at the formula fed babies. They all look terrible with that glazed eye look. Then look at the babies at the farmer's market. Most of them are vibrant. Observation is interesting!
