Guest guest
Hi Lu, Not sure what you are eating nor how you are interacting with sunshine, fresh air, sleep and rest, etc., but with a truly complete and balanced RF diet and overall lifestyle, your body should need no " deodorizing, " you skin should not feel dry, etc. So I believe there is an opportunity for you to explore ways to improve further, to experience health, vitality, and overall well-being from the inside out, rather than following centuries-old practices of covering up and " treating " from the outside in. We should never have to boil things or make other elaborate preparations. We may choose to for special occasions, but we should never NEED to. If we seem to have such a need, then in virtually every case we are better off searching for, understanding, and modifying the underlying cause than trying to make it go away by putting " stuff " on it. As Shakespeare wrote, " A rose by any other name is still a rose. " The medical/commercial model of thinking, in any form, is still the medical/commercial model of thinking. More if interested, Elchanan Hi everyone, Sorry i have been out of the loop a while but sometime I tend to go live with my own paper flowers. I just wanted to share a bit of my experience with natural house cleaning and personal hygiene. About 3 months ago I started uses all natural products and no store bought cleaning (for house or self ) products. I have 6 things I use; baking soda, vinager, olive oil, salt, honey, soap wort. -- snip snip -- -- ---------------------[ Ciphire Signature ]---------------------- vlinfo signed email body (1240 characters) on 05 April 2005 at 16:36:24 UTC rawfood ------------------------------- : Ciphire has secured this email against identity theft. : Free download at www.ciphire.com. I hope as I continue with the rf way of eating that it will stop but for now every now and then my skin is dry and itchy. Also because of the renal failure I do smell a bit so it isn't under my arms that I use it (blush) but don't worry it is on the outside not in (hiding very red face right now) Until I get my kidneys under control I am still going to have some problems no matter how balanced my diet is and as they say in Norway " Ting ta tid " (things take time) and I just started eating 100% raw this week. Love and kisses, Lu

My comments about cleaning etc. were more general in nature , of course. For the rest of the group. we just had a long private conversation about all this and more.... Since Lu is in Norway and I am in California, we are using something called Skype to talk with one another over the Internet. This is also how I talk with several others in the group. Conversations are free and encrypted for privacy. If anyone would like to know more about this technology please visit www.skype.com, or write to me if you wish. Guest guest
Greetings! I'm new to this list - referred here by Don (Thank you Don!). Elchanan, you mention that with a truly complete and balanced RF diet and overall lifestyle your skin should not feel dry. Wouldn't that depend somewhat on the climate you live in? For example, when I visit my daughter in Hawaii my skin always feels moisturized - without using any products, however, here in Northeast USA in the winter my skin always feels dry no matter what I do.
