Guest guest
Keywords: blood chemistry, symptoms of health Micki Nesbit [aroo2u] Sunday, April 10, 2005 12:56 PM <rawfood > rawfood [Raw Food] Blood Chemestries Has anyone compared a blood chemistry panel from before you changed to a vegan raw food lifestyle and one after the change for a year or more? _____ Checked with a few people, no one is aware of any organized effort in this direction. It is possible that Brian Clement at Hippocrates Health Institute has some data, but if so, he has not published it to date, as far as I know. As I've mentioned in a previous post, there are indications that many values, not just blood chemistry, change as we become very healthy. For example, " normal " body temperature appears to fall by several degrees. White blood cell count appears to drop to an " abnormally low " level. (Sick people would naturally need more white blood cells floating around.) But overall, not much organized work has been done here, to my knowledge. Guest guest
This would be interesting to keep watch on. wish I had some insurance to get a blood panel done. I made sure I got every blood panel for the past 10 years... wanting to watch my sugars and compare to see if things went up or down or whatever... It is very interesting to pay attention to this... now just wished I could get one done since I ahve been eating better and being 90% raw. Surely somethings have gotten better... I still wonder.. without going to the dr. if what I am doing is right... if it shows anywhere... somedays i feel wonderful and think i am looking better in the mirror... but then other days.. seems i am back where I started.. I do catch myself tho that on some of those days my diet wasn't the best... I gotta get back to work to get the cahs to do more things regarding keeping the right foods all the time in the house and having ins so i can keep a check on this... Guest guest
What were the results the Boutenko's got from that research they did on them at that University? I am interested to see what the outcome of this was. Has anybody heard of this in their lectures, etc...? Maureen

Guest guest
I heard the University ran some health tests on the Boutenko's to search this whole RF idea. I wanted to know the results. Does anyone know anything about it? I can not remember the name of the University, but I emailed their website and have not heard from them. That is why I am addressing this group about this matter. Thanks. Guest guest
I haven't heard about this, but I believe their two children are at university now, so maybe that's where they are doing it.
