Hi,

I have been lurking on this list for a little while. I am

considering

going raw. I don't have much info on it yet.

What are a couple of good books for a beginner - informational and

containing recipes?

I apologize in advance as I assume this question has been asked scads

of times.

thanks, Arlene

a couple of other sites you might check out are:

www.ethicalcentral.com (there are journalers and a recipe forum on there)

www.rawfood.meetup.com this would possibly get you plugged into a local raw

food group - it is great to have live people to talk with. You dont have to be

all raw to go to these events. A lot of people are just starting :)

Just some thoughts :)

try post 15238, and also look over on the RawJourney boards, under

files, reading resources -- I've been putting some of them in there...
