Since eating raw I might have 2-5 strands of hair in my comb each morning. That is a significant improvement. My hair is still too thin for my liking on the crown of my head but i'm hopeful that my hair will get thicker as time goes on. Hmm . . . how is it that as we get older our bodies get thicker and our hair gets thinner? I guess it is time to reverse the cycle, eh? _____ Another great example where what we remove or stop doing has a significant impact.
