I am looking for a natural horse fl remedy that is non toxic. Is there

anything the horse can eat to keep the flies away? I tried garlic on my

dogs for fleas, but it didn't work. Thanks.

What does the horse eat now?

Great, thanks. And in what way are these flies actually a problem FOR THE

HORSE (i.e., independent of your own preferences).

The flies bite the horse and make (painful?) bumps on the horse from the bites.

They also land in the horses eyes and give it trouble there, but I will get a

clothing type article fly mask for the ears and eyes. It is the legs and body

that will get all bitten up. Besides, flies are very filthy as they land on dog

feces and carry many diseases and germs, etc...
