Guest guest
You mean just the juicy, citrus, apples, etc. that we normally consider fruit or do you need vegetable fruits for all the proteins necessary? rawfood , " INFO @ Vibrant Life " <VLinfo@e...> wrote: > Fruit does indeed have all the protein you need! You mean just the juicy, citrus, apples, etc. that we normally consider fruit or do you need vegetable fruits for all the proteins necessary? _____ I just scanned some of the nutrient data. Based upon my quick scan, I see that, ounce for ounce (or gram for gram), the protein content of veggie fruits is similar to that of sweeter fruits. Kumquats, mulberries, currants, and blackberries among the fruits, and okra and zucchini among the vegetables are a bit higher than the rest, but not consequentially. And when you consider that the total calories among the veggie fruits are very low, the difference is arithmetically meaningless for most people. -- ---------------------[ Ciphire Signature ]---------------------- vlinfo signed email body (692 characters) on 25 April 2005 at 21:03:21 UTC rawfood ------------------------------- : Ciphire has secured this email against identity theft. : Free download at www.ciphire.com. Guest guest
Are you saying the total calories among the veggie fruits are very low compared to the sweeter fruits? or you just didn't include sweeter fruits as being very low in calories also. rawfood , " INFO @ Vibrant Life " <VLinfo@e...> wrote: > I just scanned some of the nutrient data.
