Guest guest
Toothpaste: I'm not one of these " all wild " types who is gonna be cleaning their teeth with celery or brushing with water at this time in my life. I have no fillings or problems except receeded gums so I use an electric brush, as recomended for " over brushers " ! I also use a gel because chalk apparently wears away the enamel over time. Now obviously I buy the most " sane " toothpaste I can find. There isnt quite as much selection in the U.K. When I lived in the U.S I used peelu fibre (from some plant, possibly yucca - I forget?) Out of curiousity what are other people using? Medjool Dates: I am not a huge date eater and not especially drawn to them just now, but I thought I would enquire as to the view on this variety. They are the only organic variety I can be sure to see around. Near christmas one sometimes sees neglet-dore (can't remember how to spell those?) Medjools are very dense; 3-4 is a real meal and so sweet I have always fancied celery with them. Are they a useful variety to eat? Just checking on the view here... Thanx - Kay C
Guest guest
I , for one, put three medjool dates in my smoothie every morning. (along with kale, bananas, berries , water and some blanched almonds.) Guest guest
That is how I mostly eat mine--blended with other fruit, water, etc. Once in a great while I will be in the mood for just eating dates, but that is becoming more rare. I do like them, though! And Medjools are one of my favorites... Valerie lane lynn <lanie wrote: I , for one, put three medjool dates in my smoothie every morning.
